We are really happy that you want to exhibit with us at our Open Day!

Please read through the information on this page, and complete the form at the bottom as soon as you can so we can research your business and confirm you will be a good fit for our event.

Planning the day:

The Open Day is on Sunday 25th June 2023, and open to visitors between 12 noon and 4pm.

The address is Town Hall, Upper Street, London N1 2UD

500 free guest tickets are be bookable through our Eventbrite page, with entry staggered over the four hours of the event. Tickets launched 1 March.

There is no fee to exhibit, but treats/ samples/ exclusive discounts are expected.

It is really important to us personally, and Islington Council generally, that our values of fairness and equality are shared by all suppliers who attend, to best serve our guests who will be from our local diverse community. It is important to us that guests of all races, cultures, genders, sizes, and sexualities feel welcome.

Advertising the Open Day:

We are advertising the event using Instagram, Eventbrite, the Say I Do website and on Coco Wedding venues, including the information of suppliers attending where possible.

We will send all accepted suppliers graphics and copy for you to promote the event on your own social media if you are able to, although we are not too fussy about you keeping to the copy/our branding.

Goody bags:

We offer a Say I Do canvas tote bag to each pair of guests that attends, filled with info and treats from suppliers (250 bags in total for this event)

If you would like your printed material/treats included in the bags, please make sure to post or drop them in to the Town Hall by 16/06/2023 at the latest. If you wish to include perishable treats that won’t last that long, please email heather.dsenisi@islington.gov.uk to make special arrangements for delivery.

On the day:

The Town Hall will be open for suppliers to enter to set up from 10am on the event day. We apologise, but we do not have space to store anything for suppliers any earlier than on the event day.

Cars/vans will be able to pick up and drop off suppliers/equipment, but we don’t have parking at the Town Hall.

  • e.g. florist, hair stylist etc.
    If there are many applicants from the same category of supplier, priority will be given to those who are resident or have businesses based in our boroughs.
  • Maximum three per supplier

  • For example, an brochure, business cards, samples of products, etc.
  • For example, an exclusive discount code, samples of products, mini consultation etc.
  • A table, chairs, a tablecloth and power sockets will be provided for each indoor stall, unless you state below that they are not needed.
