Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan

All ceremony areas in the Town Hall can be accessed by ramps or lifts for step free access. If you or any of your guests have a disability, you will need to complete this form before the ceremony so that we can plan for a safe evacuation in case of emergency.

All accessibility equipment needed must be brought with you, and physical assistance outside of an emergency evacuation (for example pushing a wheelchair) must be undertaken by a member of your ceremony party.

PLEASE NOTE: there is no need to complete this form unless someone attending your ceremony has a disability.
